Constructive Dismissal - Is there a time limit?

I believe I have a strong case of Constructive Dismissal against a former employer however, I left their employment just over 2 years ago.

Does anybody know if there is a time limit in which tribunal proceedings need to be started? i.e. have i left it too late?

TIA

there are strict time limits, it used to be 3 month time limit (obv. with allowances for going through internal appeal/grievance procedures). speak to CAB to double check though.

I understand there is a time limit. Constructive dismissal is one of the hardest to prove and very expensive.

Yes, v strict 3-month time limit. Check out the employment tribunals website (search under employment tribunals on Google), but I'm pretty sure of this as used to work as an employment lawyer as this has been the rule for some time. Website should be able to confirm, or give them a call on Monday. Sorry!

Ohh never mind I had it in my mind as 3 years for some reason .

Should have really taken them to court at the time but had other things to take care of, only just got around to thinking about it now!

never mind, thanks for the advice
