Will UC fix this and what do I do for the rest of the month?

Hi all, bear with me while I explain this.

We depend on UC (unfortunately) to make ends meet right now. However, this month they've been given the wrong earnings from my employer of around £200 difference (they think I've earned about £200 more than I have). As a result, they've taken nearly £300 off UC (this is including paying them back from our advance) and we're due to be paid on Thursday. I'm going to the job centre tomorrow with my payslip to prove how much I've earned this month, but realistically, they're not going to fix this before Thursday are they? Sadwhat am I going to do for the rest of this month? Feeling so stressed right now Sad

And HMRC said it'll come through with next months wages (HOPEFULLY was the word he used).

That’s exactly what happened to me, and I got a rebate too. They basically counted it as income and slashed my uc for the following month. You need to save all of your tax rebate for the following month as you won’t receive as much UC.

So stressed about it. What they said was they'd open an investigation as even though they got last months earnings, it should've been this months they looked at. Obviously it won't get sorted for this week and she said when I get a rebate that'll reduce my UC. I also go on mat leave next month 😩 it's all so messed up and I don't know if it'll get worse, my rebate will affect UC and I appreciate it may make up the difference (if it comes through next month), but we're so gubbed for this month. I don't know really, I'm just venting.

They’ll be looking at the pay that fell in the 14/03- 13/04 assessment period. So the pay received on the 15th March
