Spreadsheet to help forecast childcare costs?

Hello

Does anyone know if there's a spreadsheet lurking around where you can forecast childcare costs over a number of periods? I'm changing my hours as have a new contract but need to increase the amount of childcare we use. There's going to be a number of changes over the next 12 months for eg:
Mid March- Nearly end of July costs will be relatively stable
August: full costs apply as no funding/ half term and nursery required
September: Middle child starts reception, the eldest child will be taking self to and from school (different schools, will only be alone for a short period per working day)
January 2020: youngest becomes eligible for 30-hour funding

I need something where I can play about with annual leave booking/ family help and different hours but the spreadsheet I'm creating currently resembles a molehill being transformed into a mountain!

Also need to come up with the most accurate figure I can to HMRC for tax credits so trying to figure out what is best

Thank you

Try MS Money. It’s not supported by Microsoft anymore, but that hardly matters. It’s a personal accounts program that produces a cash flow report; and there is a budget section. NatWest allows you to download transactions from the website statements directly into MS Money - maybe other banks do too? You can play about with the budget figures.
