Hi,
We get child tax only get disabled element and server element. I get carers for disabled. Hubby is self employed I estimated he’s income. The account has give us the actual figures and I over estimated by £4500. I have told tax credits the actual figure for 17/18. . Will I get a lump sum? They have upped payments by 30£ a week.

I don't think so, AFAIK you'd get it spread out over the payments for the year.

Someone else will know better than me though

No it's unlikely.

Bit unfair as if you're overpaid they ask for the whole lot back in one go though.

I've had lump sums from time to time. I find it all very mysterious, to be honest.
