Universal credit and work related requirement group help please

I hope someone has some experience with these work requirement groups as I'm new to UC and finding it pretty stressful. At the moment I have been placed in the 'no work requirements' group. I am a single mother and I have a disabled daughter who has middle rate DLA and at present I work 24 hours per week (I earn under the NMW X 35 hours). I have been awarded the carers element of UC.
However, after Christmas my hours will go down to only 15 per week. I am trying to find out if this is likely to put me in a different work requirements group once I am earning less or if I am likely to stay in the 'no work requirements'.

The help line couldn't answer and I have had no reply on my journal. I am really stressing at the moment as due to my caring responsibilities, I am struggling to work alongside them and after all the horror stories I have read, I am worried that they will change my work group and start threatening me if I can't increase my hours back up to 24 per week.

Does anyone know if this is likely? Thank you.x

If you care for a severely disabled person for at least 35 hours a week, you’ll be in the ‘no work-related activity group’ if one of these applies:

you’re entitled to or getting Carer’s Allowance

you can’t get Carer’s Allowance, but only because your earnings are too high, and the DWP thinks it would be unreasonable for you to look for work and be available for work

The person you care for must be getting one of these benefits:

Attendance Allowance

the standard or enhanced rate of the daily living component of Personal Independence Payment

the highest or middle rate care component of Disability Living Allowance

Constant Attendance Allowance paid with a war disablement pension or industrial injuries benefits

Armed Forces Independence Payment

You aren’t classed as having caring responsibilities if you earn money from them.

If you don’t meet these conditions, you could be placed in the ‘all work-related activity group’. Your work coach should still consider your care responsibilities when setting your work activity. For example, if you spend 20 hours a week caring for someone, you shouldn’t have to go to job interviews in those hours.

Hello op - the above is from citizens advice UC pages. If you have been placed in a no work related activity group your status will not change, you need to inform DWP of change of circumstances though. I am assuming your daughter is getting middle rate care DLA and you don't get carers allowance due to your earnings. So you are in this group because of your dd not your job iyswim.

If you are in no work related activity group because of your job then consider the below also from citizens advice:

If you’re not self-employed you’ll be in the ‘no work-related activity group’ if you earn above your ‘earnings threshold’. This is the weekly hours you’re expected to work multiplied by your minimum wage.

If your earnings vary they’re calculated as an average of the past 3 months.

For your earnings threshold, your weekly hours depend on what work-related activity group you’re in:
Work-focused interview group = 16 hrs
Work preparation group = 16hrs
All work-related activity group =
Set in your claimant commitment - usually 35 hrs

I think you will be fine if you are getting the carers element, they should take your caring duties into consideration.
