Oh My God! I just got an arrest warrant in the mail!

It is for non payment of a fine, but this is the first I have heard of it.
I really have no idea what this is for, but it's obviously official and I am really freaking out.
I have tried calling the number but it is constantly engaged.
What on earth did/do I do?

Ha ha
I do actually have a search warrant in my 'memory box', I might add this to it!
I was caught by sniffer dogs at the station going into Glastonbury festival a few years ago and had the full search done.
