Saving & frugal living tips and advice?

Hi there,
I was wondering if any of you lovely mums here could help me out a bit regarding some frugal living advice with a toddler?
We're expats returning to England after many many years spent abroad and it seems like we'll be living on minimum wage, which is alright since we're grateful for the jobs we have, but we have our 1-year-old DD with us now and it's a bit trickier.
So where do you mums shop for the best deals? Where can you find coupons? Best value for money clothes, food, hygiene products... we're a bit clueless at the moment. :( also have no family left, so we have to make this work on our own, as best as we can.
Any piece of advice would be welcome, thank you!! :)

We shop at Aldi and buy most of the kids clothes in the Sainsbury’s TU sale when they do their 25% off (every 6 weeks)

I normally shop at Aldi and top up shops in Iceland, Herons, Home Bargains or B&Ms (I'm on maternity leave and these shops are all in my town centre so I have plenty of free time to go to all of them to get the cheapest stuff!)

I also go to my local butchers every few weeks and get a huge crate of chicken breasts for £22. I portion them individually for meals. The chicken lasts ages because the breasts are bigger than ones I buy in supermarkets.

If I'm making something like a curry or bolognese I always make 4 portions (3 of us in our household eating) so I have a collection of frozen meals I can use when I'm having a frugal week and don't do a massive food shop. We also try and do every other day Veggie, I've found this has really helped cut my shopping costs over the month and I'm learning to cook new things that are most of the time quite healthy Smile

I've also just discovered topcashback.co.uk, I've just been using it on purchases I would have made anyway and so far I've made about £15, I will probably make a lot more than that at Christmas time!

These are a few of the things I've found has really helped as we're on a mission to save for a house deposit, I hope they help Smile
