I've done my renewal, there is a change in circumstances, my husband is no longer self employed, but was until beginning of Feb, he earn't 15000 in self employment and 3000 in paye, can someone tell me why they are not using the self employment figure? I earn't 5500, it's all very confusing, thanks.

Make sure they have the total if ALL your earnings for the tax year.

Yes we have given them everything, but they also wanted to know what his earnings for this year would be, so it then looked like we'd earn too much, the woman said they wouldn't look at his self employment money, which I thought was odd.

I am a little confused by your post but I would imagine they mean that they will log that he is no longer self-employed, so he will only be taxed on PAYE this tax year.
This avoids any payments on account being demanded. A payment on account for 18/19 would otherwise be due in January 2019 based on 2017/18 earnings.
They will tax him as normal on his earnings for employment/self employment for 17/18.
