Yippee!!!!! NATWEST are refunding my charges!!!!!!!!!11

I have sent one letter, claiming back £1900 (ish) anyway recieved a letter yesterday to say they are offering me £1865 back, it is literally been 1 letter (inc copied statements) and 1 phone call........

RESULT!!!!

Well done Pucca!! That didnt take long did it?? I phoned them yesterday and they had lost my claim even though it was signed for! Furious isnt the word. I had to type out all my charges and fax it to them.
