Looking for advice about uni budgeting

Hi everyone,
First things first I'm not a mum/parent of any nature, but I thought this would be a good place to ask advice
I now know that come September I will be attending uni, so I started looking at how much i can borrow (as a maintenance loan) to live off. I'm currently not sure of which two unis I'll be attending but roughly the accomodation for the minimum period (40 weeks/annum) for both is roughly £6,500, I'll be receiving about £8000 as the loan (I should point out I just turned 19, and my parents have been so great with supporting me until now - I needed an additional year for my a levels, but aren't in a great financial position and I wouldn't accept anything off them). In light of knowing ill have roughly 1,500 for living (for a 36 week term), I'm hoping to pick up a part time job, and have signed up for a summer job that should bring in roughly 1000 as well, with roughly 2500 for living expenses I want to know what you guys would reccomend stock piling ahead of time (including food/household supplies/any others you can think of). I'm currently scraping what i can together to try and get good deals at like costco and some big asian supermarkets near me. thank you for any suggestions as I'm getting a little panicked

You should get a university bursary as well if you qualify for the maximum maintenance loan. Sadly it's only usually £1000 these days - but check.
