Another Universal Credit Question

Currently tax credits and a few other benefits (I think income support etc) count as earned income when renting a property.

Does anyone know if/how/what elements of Universal credit will be counted as household income for the purposes of renting a property?

For example, most estate agents (all?) say that you need to earn at least 2.5x of the property's annual rent amount in order for it to be deemed affordable for you. My income alone is not enough to meet this criteria, tax credits are bump our household income up to an affordable level. Does anyone know what happens with UC? I can't find any info via google!
