My hubby thought he might get a couple of hundred back from loans he had about 15 years ago. Turns out he's due just under 6k! Tell me what you would do with that?!

We are tempted to go to New York and Vegas but really should pay off loan and credit cards lol!

But then again it is money we didnt have ........

Sorry, OP, but you really should pay off as much as you can. You know that!

MyBrilliantDisguise · 28/09/2017 20:11

How much is going out per month on repayments? Could you save up and go to the US with your saving on repayments?

Pay the debt

hilbil21 · 28/09/2017 20:19

The loans are paid off next year and the beginning of 2019 the card will be paid off. We can cover the repayments but would obviously save on interest if we paid off early.

You are all very responsible. I know you're right though haha

The beginning of 2019 is 18 months off! You could actually be saving for those 18 months - wouldn't that be a nice feeling?

hilbil21 · 28/09/2017 20:47

It would. But I am not much of a saver. Would probably end up with nothing to show for it. Think we gonna pay off the credit card for sure.
