Preparing financial docs when terminally ill

I hope this doesn't offend anyone.
My family have had a lot of illness etc over the past few years, including cancer. I know there's a lot of paperwork to complete when people die but I'm wondering if there's a checklist anywhere of (particularly financial) documents or information that should be stored somewhere accessible if the worst happens?

So far I have:

  • will
  • details of pension(s) and any linked life insurance
  • life insurance
  • details of any work-based insurances
  • details of any pre-bought funeral plans etc
  • details of any unions/organisations that offer assistance with funeral costs (no idea if these still exist but I know my grandad had something like this)
  • bank accounts (including savings, isas etc)
  • details of any benefits claimed, utilities companies, anything that may need switching over etc

Is there anything else?

TIA

I'd suggest arranging a power of attorney and putting then in the same file of paperwork, to help deal with the period between becoming so ill/confused that you can't deal properly with your own affairs and the eventual demise. This is the area where I see most argument and distress between close family members, next of kin and a life partner (if not married).

Which? can help set up power of attorney and wills, ive got a will from them and dad is doing a PoA through them. Much cheaper than using solicitor. The gov.uk website has lots of good info too.

codes and passwords, to include social media and email accounts

That's true - thinking of social media etc. What happens to things such as amazon/iTunes purchases (kindle books, music etc) - can these be transferred if the original owner dies?
