Can't get through to concentrix for love nor money!

Hi all
Frustrated to the max!
Can't get through to Concentrix! They've stopped my childcare money but I don't know why & HMRC say I have to speak to them directly.
Either constant engaged tone or on hold for up to an hour. Even when I ring at 8am... Any advice/additional phone no gratefully accepted!
