Rudechoob oh i like them!

darceybussell · 09/02/2016 19:37

I think I read that for the annual arbonne conference in the uk they charge about £200 - is that right? Plus £2k to go to the Vegas one? I don't think I'd be going, I'll watch the videos thanks, they are all on YouTube for free after all!

I just googled the magical curing Moa drink. I took a screen shot of one of the info pages. Interesting little box at the bottom...

This annual 'Direct Selling Mastermind' event costs $1000 (well $997 actually) to get into, but that's just the starting price.

Is scentsy a really bad MLM or more like avon etc? I actually like their products, but don't want to keep buying if the money just going up the reverse funnel pyramid

cozietoesie · 09/02/2016 20:02

Don't let feeling sorry for someone influence your behaviour. In my experience, sympathy is one of the strongest human emotions and is, in this field, probably responsible for a fair proportion of new distributors' sales.

Stay strong and alert. If you can't persuade people into not joining, be around to help them pick up the pieces. Leave it at that.

At an individual level at least.

Bovnydazzlers · 09/02/2016 20:07

Duo I was thinking of have picked up $1m+ chairman bonus cheques last couple of years.

darceybussell · 09/02/2016 20:09

I'd have thought most people who go to the Vegas conference will have to sacrifice having a family holiday (plus lots of other things) in order to do so.

Found a new barnbot (since the old one has become so disappointing). This one also wants to remind you that she drives a merc, by adding a random photo of her car keys that has absolutely nothing to do with moving into the new house at all.

RG went to hospital in the middle of the night and checked in with a vague status. Cue loads of "what's up hun" ? And no reply for hours as let's let the attention seeking drag on!

Turns out she was just wasting the NHS' time with a chest infection.

Quinoa20 · 09/02/2016 20:28

Thought Aloe cured everything!

ambler21 · 09/02/2016 20:30

Note, at this years mastermind event (successfully programmed upper shill-bot event) our very own nat heeley is telling 'her story'............again..........(jeez, change the script please, if only for your own sanity).
So many levels, so many circles.

stopfaffing · 09/02/2016 20:40

darcy I see that your barnbot does not say she bought the property, just that she moved in. A rental, I'm guessing.

I think that's exactly it cubic ... Then, when equity is spent, shove the rent onto a credit card as your success is "just round the corner"

AH has posted an email off her accountant today telling us to remember we pay it once we "earn" over 82k. Think you may find that is actually turnover!!

And it's mildly amusing how she talks about how last quarter in October she paid 14k and the next payment is due by 25th February.

That ain't a quarter! January would have been due after October!

BSintolerant · 09/02/2016 20:55

Cubic Think you've hit the nail on the head. It's frightening.

I wonder how many bots who work full or part time are in breach of their contracts of employment? Many contracts have clauses which sometimes prohibit setting up and running businesses in addition to their employment. Some just say you've got to declare your interests with HR. Mmmm ...
