I bought some boots in ravel in london .The salesgirl told me that if I changed my mind I had 28 days and i could return them. She assured me there was a store near me in hants.
Well got home ,have decided they're too high for me and there is no shop in hants.nearest is in Oxford about 90 mins away.I have emailed their customer services to see if they would offer me a freepost address,do you think I am entitled to this ,or should I just accept that I need to drive to Oxford?

Think if they were faulty you would have a case but as it is changed your mind about purchase I guess it would be down to their goodwill towards customers.

They may be prepared to let you do this as a goodwill gesture since you were told there was a shop near to you, but I wouldn't have thought it was something you would be automatically entitled to. Maybe if they were faulty, but not because you've changed your mind.
