Water usage question (so boring sorry!)

Not the most exciting topic but grateful for anyone's insight.
I live on my own and roughly shower once a day, have a bath once a week, put dishwasher on once a week and the washing machine up to three times a week. I don't have a hosepipe and my garden is massively neglected.
Latest metered bill is 25 cubic meters which according the Thames Water blurb equates to 750 showers. It's for 6 months.
Does that sound crazy high?
Thanks in advance and sorry for boring you all with my washing habits!

That sounds high but also a lot of washing so that might account for it?

fastdaytears · 23/08/2015 16:18

As I typed it I did think why DO I wash my clothes so much! I think I might need to ratio myself!

Grin we do that for 4 of us.

But there are endless threads dissecting this topic around. It may or may not be the answer to your perplexion

Thank you, I shall do some research and put myself on a laundry diet. Despite my constant washing, the basket always seems to be full!

It depends on how long you spend in the shower, whether it is a power shower and other things like: do you turn off tgevtop when brushing your teeth etc.

fastdaytears · 23/08/2015 16:31

5 minutes in shower max (short attention span), not a power shower but the water pressure is quite high and I quite often forget to turn the tap off during teeth cleaning, not any more though!
