how long do I have to keep something sent to me in error?

because I'm getting rather fed up here...

Dd2 has SN and still wears pull-ups at nighttime, which we get delivered free in bulk. They're paid for by the NHS and come from the Tena Careline.

Unfortunately, the last order we received did not just include the two boxes of pull-ups, but also 7 big boxes of XXL incontinence pads, all just left sitting outside my front door.

I rang them about it straight away and they promised to pick them up - well, it's been two weeks, I've chased them up again and the woman said 'they're trying to organise it'. How hard can it be?!?! How much longer do I have to keep them for? I feel like taking the whole lot to the dump.

tell them on the phone that you have no storage space so they will remain outside where they were left and if it rains, well thats their prob and if they dont pick them up dont throw them away, put on free cycle/charity shop or something i'm sure they would be useful to someone.

thank you littleducks, I will do that. These bloody boxes are still here and nobody's contacted me.
