Loan agreement unsigned - is it legally binding?

Like many other with Erudio I have had years of stress, worry and hassle from Honours Student Loans (currently preparing to head towards the Ombudsman...)

After several years of waiting they have finally sent me copies of my original loan agreements, three loans. I signed them all. Only one of them has been signed by Student Loan company.

So my question is, are the copies unsigned by them legally binding? Could they sign them now, (almost 18 and 20 years after the event) to make them binding if they aren't already? Any insight much appreciated.

They are enforceable as basically the contract was "performed" - ie they gave you the money, which prrsumably you don't dispute?

Ah ok, yes they definitely gave me the money... Thank you Gobbolino. Thought it too good a possibility to be true, that it wasn't enforcable, I can but dream!
