I want to fill this in for dh, it's asking for tax years in a drop down box.

Do I put in the year I want to claim from (which would be the earliest year because he's been wearing that uniform for years) or April 2016?.

Obviously dh will be signing it etc its just that he won't sit filling it in.

You need to do a separate form for each year you're claiming and need to enter the year for which your claim is for, so 5 Apr 2011 for the tax year that runs from 6 Apr 2010 to 5 Apr 2011 and so on.

Thank you, I would not have figured that out at all. Looks like I've got lots to do then!.

I'm doing the form now & it says "expenses claimed". Do you put £60 or £12? He's a basic rate tax payer.

You put the actual expense you're claiming, so £60

Thank you.
