So p**sed of with British Gas!!!!!!!

I was woken to a lovley letter this moring, it was from Westcot Debt Collectors working on behalf of British Gas. Apparently we owe £600 gas bill for a flat we havent lived in for a year!

Also whats funny is we were on a card meter all the time we lived there so we payed as we used it.

I phones Westcot and got the most misrable cow on the phone ever who told me that i had to sort it with British Gas and then promptly hung up.

I phoned British Gas who wont speak to me as the account is in DP's name. (which i can kind of understand)

Anyway im totally peeved about it as i used to pay £10 weekly streight onto the card, and if i was able to gain a debt this big why did no one tell me sooner!

Bloomin service providers! GRRRRRRRRRR

At least the lady at the debt collection agency was helpfull (the second time round) she said she fully understood we were pissed off and she would try and get it sorted!

Think you need to get the right person on the phone.

Were with Souther Electric now who 4 weeks ago had a power surge and blew up every applince in our's and everybody in our roads house! They paid for it all to be replaced though

I must say Westcot as not the most helpful company in the World they do have the odd human who workes there Monday to friday between 9.00 and 9.05.

Lol i have dealt with Westcot before this, when readers digest sent me a book i didnt order, i sent it back they claimed they didnt recieve it i told them to stuff there debt and they canceled it and i havent heard from them since that was about 3 yrs ago!

After this though who knows where they will turn up?

Still want to know how BG got my new address i didnt bloomin give it to them and i have been out the country for 5 months since then!
