I'm sure someone here will know the answer as coming up with diddly squat on google but can companies offer additional cc vouchers as benefit over the salary sacrifice limit? Basically, I'm going to ask my boss for a long overdue pay rise but was going to suggest ( as a sweetener) they give me more cc vouchers instead of cold hard cash.
Can they do this, does it benefit them/ me in anyway? Im thinking that tax and ni may be less for them and no pension contribution but I don't know if it's possible for them to buy more or whether it's worthwhile. Does anyone know? Thanks!
