Does anyone know if we can get any help like child tax credits?

Been on the governments benefit advisor twice but it's so complicated.
Basically I'm 15 weeks pregnant with our first baby. I work for minimum wage of £6.19 per hour and my contract is 20 hours a week which is £123.80 so £495.20 a month. That's £5942.40 a year. However I do consistent 17 hours over time every month which means I earn £916 a month before tax and DP earns £17500 a year before tax.
I'm going on ML 4 days before my due date (scared of losing money) and will be dropping down to SMP. We live in a private rent flat.
Does anyone know what help we can get now and once the baby's born?

Well when baby is born you should get help with tax credits, I'm not sure about whether or not you would get housing benefit on that income.

You won't get housing benefit but will get tax credits, depending on how long you take off for mat leave. If you return to work on the same salary you will be over the threshold and won't get any help (cut-off is £26,000 joint salary).
