I googled and a few options came up...one is for a payday loan company. Id call bank to see if they can tell you any more.

I thought it was those stand alone atms you get in shops and petrol stations etc.?

It's an ATM machine but usually it would include a charge fir withdrawing cash so odd that it's a round amount?

Most don't charge now, at least the ones in the town I work in. I use them a lot. I'm not rich enough to be charged without noticing!

What sort of transaction was it, such as SO (standing order), DD (direct debit), VIS (think that is Visa used online),

£20 is a nice round amount, so that's a bit odd as most things are not round amounts. Have you got any other transactions over the past year with the same name.

Moneybox is definitely a cashpoint, there used to be one near where I lived.

Being a round number, does point to it being a cashpoint transaction. Though why no fee for processing the transaction... maybe it was a free cash point but privately owned. Moneybox Corporation Ltd (who supply cashpoints) is known as "Moneybox", so it could be one of their machines. Part of LINK network I think and as part of LINK the machines do not all charge anymore.

It may have been a mobile phone topup transaction, done at a cashpoint... would that make sense?

Look at the date of the transaction (not the date it hit your account) and consider what you were doing that day... did you withdraw cash? Did you topup phone credit?
