Had a shock when I saw the gas bill....................

.................our consumption over the last 3 months was 30% higher than our average 3 month figure.I've been racking my brains trying to think how it's happened since we've been really cutting back and have had cavity wall and loft insulation put in. Anyone have any ideas? Can you have faulty meters? We only have heating and water on gas.

everyone I know has had awful gas and electricity bills this quarter. My best mates gas is £205. they have a two bed terraced house, mine is £137 and I live in a little two bed semi with D.G. etc.My electric was £135 too. We really can't afford bills like this, it's becoming impossible.:(

Same here. It's a real blow actually. DH was on the phone to them this morning complaining about it.

No idea. Unless you work out how many litres or whatever they measure you in in your bath, you use in your wshing machine etc.
