Tax credit renewal and income support

I have just recieved my renewal form, it says to tick a box if you have been recieving income support for the full year (which we have been) but normally I have to give my Carers allowence amount, but its says just to tick the box and sign. Carers allowence is taxable so should I put it in or don't I have to?

got mine today too the box for putting cares allowance is further down under taxable benefits

but its says that if I have been recieving income support for the whole of 2005-2006 (which we have) that they don't need income details.
I know that when DH was working I had to give them my carer allowence amount.

I took that to mean you did not have to give details of your income in part 1,but then you have to put taxable benefits in part 2

I'll just put it in, better to be safe than sorry eh?? Grin
