Need a property lawyer - any recommendations?

We are in London. We don't necessarily need to meet with a lawyer, a phone chat (which we'd pay for) would be fine.

The tricky bit is, we need someone with some knowledge of:

  • council tax law
  • marital law
  • capital gains

It's essentially a property issue.

www.warners-solicitors.co.uk/

These folk were recommended to me by my IFA
Not used them yet so can't comment on their service etc

www.millersands.com/

Used these for a property purchase and they were good

Thanks, TheBlonde, I'll look into those.
