I'm hoping that its not true, but I mihgt be in big trouble and can;t find an honest opinion anywhere.

I have no idea how to PM, but if someone want to help me I would be eternally grateful, before my case is heard on Monday.

As it says at the top of every page "Free legal advice is available from a Citizen's Advice Bureau, and the Law Society can supply a list of local solicitors." If you're in the kind of trouble that may end up in bankruptcy, you'll need professional help.

I'm not a lawyer, but have some knowledge of insolvency. If you want to offload, PM me.

CCCS are a free charity, they can advise you. National Debt Advice Line also. CAB, too.

The CAB were very good to me years ago when we were in financial trouble. Definitely worth getting in touch with.
