As you can see, it's a mess.
I cannot see a way out.
I am happy to sell. I would release about £6k in equity after selling fees. But renting even a 2 bedroom flat around here would cost £700 a month, so only a saving of £60 a month. And would we have difficulty renting with our credit rating?
What on earth can we do?
