asking for the boss - who's currently got 20K on 1 card (2.91 % APR) v v good customer I think he should stay he wants to do a 0% bal tfr and not pay the intrest (about £230 on 20K p/m)

looking on motleyfool - but all cards say 6 months - anyone know any longer cards ie 12/18 months ish?

i think nationwide has one for 9 months

I'm sure there is one about at 12 months-Natwest is 9 months.

capital one is 0% till jan 07 - best so far. (althou APR then 14.9% so he'll have to change again)

thanks guys, will keep looking and let u know if I find anything better.

that'sa a point- so has he but it's 0 balance - do u think if it was canceled then reinstated he'd get the deal! (bit cheeky that thou init!)

Money Saving Expert (the lovely Martin) has a table on this page for 0% cards (scroll down).

The Capital One card has an uncapped 2% fee for balance transfers so that would be £400.

Martin was on Jezza last Friday - if you are consolidating a debt on a card - don't, whatever you do, then spend on that card!!!!!
