0% Balance Transfers or a flexible loan?

I could do with doing some consolidation some short term maybe a month or so, some a bit longer, maybe 6-9 months

Are there any good deals out there (small forlorn hope?)

I look at moneysavingexpert.com for that sort of thing - if it's a credit card debt, I would imagine a 0% balance transfer is your best bet but remeember NEVER to put more money on the card after the balance transfer, they stack up the charges, use another card.
