TAX CREDITS AND SALARY SACRIFICE

just wondering if there are any tax credit experts around Smile
we currently claim tax credits and childcare for our 3dcs
my husband has just joined in with a salary sacrifice scheme where he earns the same amount as he has done for last 3 year, however his p60 will say less than it has for last 3 year as he pays towards salary sacrifice for his pension...
so our annual income for 2010/2011 on his next p6o will state his annual income was £1300 less than 2009/2010...

it is rather confusing, and i hope someone can help me, my question is is which figure do i give? Confused
the one he has said will be on his p60 or the figure on his p60 plus the money he has sacrificed????
what effect would this have on our tax credits??

thanks if anyone can help out
