I confess to reading this book very recently and it wasn't my first choice for the club, but it reeled me in like a WAG to a footballer.
Initially it grossed me out a bit. I thought it was a bit icky. Then, bit by bit, the ickiness faded into the background and the story was all that remained.
It was a bit twee in some ways, a bit too neat, but then, I've always been the kind of girl who likes my stories tightly woven, so it hit all the buttons and just had to be shared.
I hope everyone enjoys it to some degree, though I realise it won't be everyone's cup of tea.
