Mine hasn't arrived yet either, but in fairness, I've been crap at posting when I said I would.

If you're in Devon and like nutty chocolate, then huge apologies - meant to do it today but a combination of football tournament and school fair meant I failed miserably. I promise faithfully that it will go first class on Monday.

My book has arrived! Looking forward to starting it very soon, although it may be a few days as I need to finish my current book first (I don't like reading 2 at once). And thank you for the chocolate!

I only wrote the number of my book - were we meant to write the username too? The book I received only had the number too.

Do we need to set up threads for each book?

Don't worry about usernames, I asked people to put book numbers inside as I thought it would take off some of the pressure that people were feeling about choosing a book :)

If you've received a book with no number inside, PM me and I will let you know what number it is!

I'll set book threads up otherwise it all gets confusing. Please can you find the thread relating to your book (the one you chose) and write a little intro for the others - why you chose it, what you thought if it etc.

It's up to you whether you want to read the threads on each book before you've received/read them - they will probably contain spoilers :)

I received AoF by ES on Saturday morning from a Group 2 member along with a card and some lovely looking chocolates (great choice whoever it was!).

I am intrigued by the book- hadn’t heard of it which I am now a bit Blush about as the blurb would indicate it’s well respected and renowned.

Going to read chapter 1 this evening.

Yay! So glad it came at a good time for you. Hope you enjoy the book, I’ve given it to my sister before and my best friend and they loved it, albeit my best friend’s grandmother is a renowned academic and she found it too close for comfort at times (I found this an interesting observation)

From the first couple of pages, the book I received seems really interesting, I am trying to quickly finish my current book before I dive into it properly. May already be halfway through the chocolate

I didn't say anymore than you'd get from reading the back cover though. I think Keith said you can talk about each book in depth on it's individual thread, but not name the books or talk about them on this one. Then you'll still get a surprise every time a new book arrives.
