Is it safe to say I miscarried

I Just wanted to see if this is truly a miscarriage before I lose all hope. I don’t mean to trigger anyone and I’m sorry if I do, just praying for this not to be what I think. Anyone experienced this

What are you experiencing?

Mild cramps almost can’t feel them, blood was dark

not necessarily - how many weeks are you?

5 weeks still bleeding dark red whenever I go to the restroom, I have lost hope at this point

I’m sorry OP, it’s a very stressful time. I’ve had two miscarriages and two babies. That looks like a clot to me and not the gestational sac. If you are passing clots I’m afraid you may well be miscarrying so definitely worth getting yourself seen by your local EPU. Not a definite at this stage though, so I have my fingers crossed for you.

ETA - I never had intense cramps with either miscarriage, and it took me many days to pass the full pregnancy. Mine were at 7 weeks though, so a bit later.
