I started spotting a couple days ago and assumed it was implantation bleeding until today I woke up with “period pains” and 4 hours later I passed this and most cramps have stopped however my lower stomoch is still cramping. I was only 3/4 weeks but I assume that this is chemical pregnancy tissue?
I would say it’s about the size of a small golf ball

To add to this. I tested a week ago and was getting instant dark line’s positives. I done 6 early detection tests.

Firstly, I am sorry you've experienced this even if unsure what it may be. The best advice I can give you is to contact your EPAU (referred by a GP) to get some blood work done. 3/4 weeks gestation is too early to detect anything on a scan (although they may offer you one anyway - hospital specific) but they can tell via blood work. Your HcG (pregnancy hormone) can be tested over 48 hours. Initially, they can tell by the first blood test whether you are pregnant, followed by the second blood test to determine if
A) you are pregnant and the pregnancy is viable and will continue
B) the pregnancy is in an unknown location (blood work goes crazy in this situation)
C) If there has been a loss (the result tends to be static or slow building)

I really hope you get some answers but please take it easy. Wishing you all the best and sending you lots of hugs for whatever the outcome.
