Are there ways to regularly monitor hcg levels at home?

I"ve had two missed miscarriages and found out both times at a scan. My period is currently a few days late (I'm usually v regular) but I'm scared to take a test to find out either way!
I wondered if there were any ways to monitor your hcg levels at home to regularly check if the pregnancy is progressing. The thought of more sad scans makes me want to vomit so I wondered if there was a wayto check that pregnancy was progressing properly before having a scan?
Have googled but can't find anything.
Thanks everyoneQ

Please bear in mind, if you have a missed miscarriage your HCG will still be high and potentially going up so it's still not a reliable test of if a scan will go well or not.

Having said that warning, I have used home blood tests from Medichecks before that were easy to use and got results quickly.

HCG won't tell you if the pregnancy is progressing sorry, I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks and was still getting positive HCG tests the day I miscarried. Unless you're getting blood tests and tracking the levels it's not going to give you much information.
I know it's hard but the best thing you can do is find a way to keep your mind off it and just take each day at a time
