Hip pain 6 months after miscarriage? Help!

I fell pregnant last year which sadly ended in a miscarriage but from the minute I found out I was pregnant I had awful back and hip pain. After losing the baby the hip and back pain has continued, the strange thing is that it seems to disappear at my time of the month and be consistent the other 3 weeks! I’ve had scans, urine test and stool tests and all have come back normal! I suffer with awful period pains, always have and was told they were normal when I was a teenager but I know they aren’t! Could the hormones from pregnancy trigger endometriosis further or allow it to grow? my gp suggested it might be this but I don’t have all the symptoms! I can’t find anything online about this! Luckily my gp seems to be very helpful and wants to get to the bottom of this but I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same and what the hip pain related too? It’s really starting to affect my life as it’s a constant reminder of what we lost and sometimes the pain is so unbearable I can hardly walk!

I don’t know if this is helpful but since my miscarriage six months ago I’ve also had unusual pain that I never had before. For me it is especially bad on the left side, which was the side the miscarriage caused the most pain (the baby must’ve implanted in the left hand side of the uterus). Weirdly I have noticed that for the first time in my reproductive life, ovulation is now painful for me. Maybe you are also experiencing painful ovulation? My left ovary was the one my baby came from and seems to be the most active, as it’s always the side that hurts mid cycle. I’m wondering if it could be partly to do with hormone levels after miscarriage. The other thing that doesn’t seem to widely known or acknowledged is that the uterus actually has a “scab” site where implantation occurred. It is recognised that this needs to heal after a birth, but seems to be overlooked after miscarriage. However, it makes sense that the uterus would need to heal after a miscarriage and I don’t think it’s properly understood or recognised by medicos. It may also be causing referred pain to your hip/back? Back pain and uterus pain can be felt together. I don’t know is this has helped at all but im glad you’ve got a GP trying to help. Im sorry for your loss.
