I had a miscarriage today not sure if this is normal *[Content warning: graphic images]

Anyone had this much of a loss and how far along ? I feel like I am contracting every minute my hospital has been so unhelpful the pain is excruciating sorry for the images but I’m was meant to be 12 weeks but said I was showing as 7 and to come back next week
sorry for the images I just feel deflated and exhausted been contracting every minute for the last 3 hrs

@Smp11 I am so sorry your going through this! I cant believe your hospital are being so unsupportive, go to your local a&e. You shouldnt be going through that alone.
I had a late miscarriage (19weeks) so my experience is different and was all in hospital.

Thank you just not sure If this amount was normal ? I actually feel like it’s passed now the pain has eased x

@Smp11 It does look similar to mine I had lots of bleeding and clots. The pain also eased the second I gave birth so it may well be that it has passed but it may be worthwhile getting checked out to ensure everything is out. I was on antibiotics afterwards xx

@LM88 Yes I been contracting every minute in excruciating pain but the last lot that come out was like a relief the pain just went the hopsital have been really unhelpful I feel like I just been left to deal with it.

I had surgical management and still bled heavily for a couple of days, ended up passing several huge clots and then it eased up a bit. Really sorry you’re going through this. I was worried about the clots but had no complications. I wouldn’t blame you for going to A&E tho and insisting you get some medical help or at least decent pain relief x
