Impossible to tell I'm afraid. Fibroids vary hugely, in size, position, and type. You say 'lots' of fibroids? If this is four small uncomplicated intramural fibroids then I'd say it's less likely to affect your fertility and ability to carry to term. If it's ten large submucosal fibroids then it's more likely to have an effect. You really need specific information from a professional to give you an indication of whether you should have anything done about them or whether you can leave them be.
They are very very common, so many women conceive and carry successfully with fibroids in situ. They're often not an issue. But some can be. Hope you can get an appointment soon to discuss yours.

She didn't really give me much detail but I'm at the doctors next week to talk through my results.. she did say that it's a possibility that they have caused me to miscarry but obviously it might not be :) thankyou x

Hi submucosal fibroids can potentially cause a miscarriage. I have many and one is large I know they definitely contributed to my miscarriage 😢 the doctor told me also they can cut off the blood supply to the fetus and can cause complications in pregnancy. There is a procedure called UFE to puncture them or an operation called myomectomy to remove them. However many women have successfully had children with fibroids so it depends really.
