At home treatments for recurrent miscarriages.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion for at home treatment options such as vitamins, creams , oils etc. for someone that has had 3 recurrent miscarriages. I'm believing it's link to hormones, as my progesterone was extremely low with this last miscarriage. I don't seem to have an issue getting pregnant, it's the staying pregnant part that's the issue. I have a normal cycle, although it's always been on the heavier side for as long as I can remember. I just bought some progesterone cream off of Amazon to use, and am still taking my prenatals daily as well as magnesium, vitamin b and vitamin d. I've been trying to research things, just wanted to see if anyone had any success with treating hormone imbalance at home ,before seeking a fertility doctor as I want a child badly, and I'm now at that age where I feel time is running out at 35. TIA

Sorry for your losses. Are you being referred to a recurrent miscarriage clinic?

Aspirin (75mg daily) helped me, although I also needed prescription progesterone and clexane injections.

You need to get a referral to a recurrent miscarriage clinic. Mine did loads of tests and I was under a consultant who led the treatment protocol. I wouldn’t try hormone treatments without medical advice.

I’m so sorry for your losses.

The consultant at my recurrent miscarriage clinic has prescribed me prednisolone, progesterone and folic acid. I don’t know if you can get them at the same strengths just over the counter. You really want to get referred to the clinic if you can so they can do all the blood tests OP.

Aspirin helped me get pregnant. You could also try some dim supplements. I have problems with my hormones now and they balance me out.

Sorry not get pregnant. I should say aspirin helped me stay pregnant after a lot of early miscarriages and one at 11 weeks.

I was also prescribed aspirin but I really wouldn’t take it without being under a specialist.

My obgyn didn't say anything about a recurrent miscarriage clinic she told me to seek out a fertility specialist is that the same thing? If so I was told I had to wait 3 months so my body goes back to normal, in the meantime I was wondering if there was anything I could try supplement wise to help with my hormones?
