Rhesus disease and miscarriage, not feeling listened to.

I can't really get any answers from the medical professionals regarding this, can anyone help?
I am just going through my 4th miscarriage. I'm rh- and my first son was born with rhesus disease (very ill but treated swiftly and made a full recovery). My second son was born with no problems. I was given anti d after both births. When 2nd DS was 22 months, I had my first of 4 miscarriage over 3 years. I was not given any anti d injections after the first 3 miscarriages, even though I bleed heavily and had a d&c on one occasion. After the 4th miscarriage, I was given "a large dose" of anti d, but no real explanation as to why I had it this time. I now can't get through to the ep unit to ask whether this is looked at as part of my blood work.
My unanswered question is this- if the chances of my first born being born with rhesus disease was so rare but happened, surely the chances of my miscarriage being caused by it are much higher? Has anyone had any definite answers?

I am Rh- too and needed anti D injections with my first baby. So naturally I asked about this during my very miscarriage (with extremely heavy bleeding). I was told that they don’t deem it necessary to give an anti D injection if the pregnancy miscarries before 12 weeks of gestation. I was thinking the same as you though, what if needing anti D and not getting it couldve resulted in my body miscarrying the pregnancy? Will never know I guess :( x
