Recurrent Chemical Pregnancy

Hello, My ‘story’ is a fairly long one and i’m posting to see if others have been effected similarly and really to find if there is a chance i will be able to ever carry to full term. In January 2019 myself and my partner experienced our first miscarriage. Although i didnt start to endure miscarriage symptoms at around 12 weeks, the fetus did not grow past six weeks and was therefore a ‘missed miscarriage’. After finding this out i was given the options of how to remove the pregnancy - i chose to go home and let my body deal with it itself, however, ended up being admitted by emergency and having d&c due to severe clotting, cramping and blood loss (believe to have lost 2 litres of blood). Since then i have had four (possibly five) chemical pregnancies and i’m not sure if this is just a case of extremely bad luck or if this has something to do with the d&c? since that first pregnancy NONE of my pregnancies have lasted longer than four weeks? I started seeing a miscarriage specialist in March this year who found after taking bloods from me that i suffer from anti phospholipid syndrome which she believes to be the cause. This syndrome means im more prone to blood clots and during lockdown i was admitted to local hospital with severe leg pain and was diagnosed with DVT and subsequently put on rivaroxiban (blood thinner). This is to be reviewed in six months and my miscarriage specialist advised against falling pregnant within this period, however, its been eight months since my last chemical pregnancy and although myself and partner were using contraception throughout this period - i have had a very faint positive at the beginning of this week. Thursday night, i started spotting dark red/brown blood and tried not to worry too much as i am aware many women experience this around four weeks. Unfortunately i woke on Friday morning with period like cramping and much heavier bleeding - now more red in colour. i couldn’t get in touch with my miscarriage specialist directly, however, her secretary advised me to call the early pregnancy dept. The midwife there advised me to come in to have my rivaroxiban changed to fragmin as the medication i was on to treat DVT is not safe to take during pregnancy. I am to test in a weeks time and if by some miracle this isnt another chemical pregnancy, i will go in for an early scan but due to my history - i’m not holding out much hope. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and gone on to have a viable pregnancy? can d&c cause complications in the uterus resulting in multiple chemical pregnancies? is the heavy bleeding just implantation bleeding that’s heavier due to blood thinners? i’m feeling so defeated and really starting to lose hope
