Fainting spells after miscarriage

So on Wednesday I had a very traumatic miscarriage which ended up with me being hospitalised for 3 days. On Wednesday upon arrival to A&E I passed out due to blood loss and then it happened again a couple hours later. I had IV overnight and stayed for a few reasons. I came home yesterday evening and today have been trying to get back to some form of normality (I've been told I'm not fit for work at least for 2 weeks and need to be reviewed). However this evening I've had a funny turn where I very nearly passed out again after feeling ~somewhat~ fine the majority of the day. I'm also feeling very sick but just thought that was because I still have pregnancy hormones in my blood. I've had other times today where I've felt dizzy but it passed almost as quick as it came. Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this with the frequency dizziness and passing out and if it's normal or something to worry about. Really don't think I can face more hospital at the moment just want my life back and to feel like me again 😔

You may have low electrolytes and iron levels from loosing all that blood. Try drinking a sports drink, eating crisps, bananas and eating almonds or cashews and a good steak dinner. Then take an iron supplement and a mineral supplement for the next couple of week.

If you start running a temperature or your heart rate is up, then go back to the hospital. Stay in bed if you are dizzy, if the dizziness gets worse then back to the hospital.

So sorry for your loss, make sure you have some time to grieve your LO.
