Does anyone know what the hell is going on? (TMI warning!)

I found out at the end of January my baby stopped growing at 6 weeks when I should have been 8. I went back and to for multiple scans and it was confirmed a MMC I decided to wait it out and have a natural miscarriage. Well I've done a lot of waiting and it's still not over and I'm still bleeding but two weeks ago I had a massive bleed and passed a huge piece of tissue the size of my hand which had a clear fluid filled ball attached to it which was slightly bigger than a 50p I thought this must have been the pregnancy sac but I've been back for another scan today and they can still see the sac inside me so I now have to go for surgery. What the hell was the thing that I passed then? Had lots of scans so can't have been two babies or they would have seen it. I'm really worried now about what the hell is going on with my body 😖

Hello. I had a very similar experience. Bled for two weeks, pregnancy still in there and had SMM on Fri. I had an episode of bleeding like nothing I've ever seen before and actually felt something come out. Went to loo and I was convinced it was the pregnancy - in look, colour, texture. But nope, wasn't.

Sorry to hear you're dealing with this.

I'm just so confused as to what it can be if it's not the pregnancy sac. I had lots of blood clots it definitely wasn't one of those I was so sure it was the pregnancy sac what else could be a clear fluid filled ball inside of me????

Sorry you've experienced similar Thanks
