Hello, i am 26 yrs old. I have 3 boys. Youngest is 3 years old. For 2 years and a half we’ve been trying to have our last baby (we want 4 kids).
I’m regular wt my period.
I had brown discharge which made me think i was pregnant. Saturday night i took a test and it came out POSITIVE.
Sunday morning my partner and i had sex, i went to go pee right after and when i wiped, there was a little bit of blood ((normal i thought)). Then i had more blood, so we rushed to the hospital. We were there for about 6 hours.
Hcg leverls were 900 and some.
I had an ultrasound & a vaginal ultrasound done ((but they didn’t tell me anything about it)) the lady only meantiond “they have to see the ultrasound and compare it to your blood test and they’ll tell you what is going on.
at the end when i was getting released the dr came in and said “u have a UTI, here’s your prescription. Your hcg is in the 900’s. You will come back in 7-10 days to see if youe hcg went up. If it didnt then you’re probably having a miscarriage or you have an ectopic pregnancy.” ...
I kept bleeding from sunday to today Thursday. But today its waaaaaay less. My cramping was really little, i was not in a lot of pain. It felt like a regular period.

Has anyone went through something like this? Does anyone have a clue of what is happening? I am so confused, heartbroken and with a million mixed emotions.

I will update as i get more info.

How much HCG doesn’t really tell much as it’s how much it increase that does.

I had very similar from 6-14 weeks. I miscarried a twin.

Hope you’ve support Flowers

Level of hCG doesn't matter. It's how often it doubles.

Also. Rushing to hospital at the sight of blood so early in pregnancy is ridiculous. They can't stop a miscarriage. Unless you were losing vast amounts of blood or in serious pain you shouldn't have gone. No wonder the NHS is in the state it is in.

My last two pregnancies were high risk. So my dr always told if i ever see or feel anything to go in, doesn’t matter the time. And that is what I always do.
I know a miscarriage can’t be stopped, /: but to make sure I’m ok concerns me as well.

It’s important to get checkedvasbyou did for ectopic which is very serious so do not question your decision to go in.

Yes the other twin survived. It’s not as uncommon as I thought-it happened to a friend at the same time it did me.
