I had a MC 5 weeks ago (1st pregnancy) and although I've been told not to try again yet (due to cysts) I've been thinking a lot about what I might do differently when the time comes.
Although I have no idea why I MC, I feel so desperate to try and do everything possible to make it work next time.
I've looked online and there are a billion different herbs, vitamins, teas, creams and tablets. I've also read articles about eating organic, drinking only filtered water and fertility diets etc etc.
Although I don't want to drive myself crazy and change my whole life, I was wondering if others out there are thinking of making any changes either when TTC or when they get their BFP?
