Quenby - question about her nk cells process/protocol

Someone please talk to me about what the process is with Prof Quenby if following tests she finds you have elevated levels/activity of NK cells.

What happens next - do you stay under her care?

I've had 4 miscarriages and am trying to decide if I should go to her.

You should absolutely! Unless you are local, she is happy to send you back to your local RMC for future treatment. If your NK cells are high she will recommend steroids from BFP until week 10 of pregnancy then 2 week taper. The majority of women tested do not have high uNK cells and are prescribed progesterone pessaries from cycle day 21 until 12 weeks ( you test day 28 and stop them if BFN) and heparin injections from an early location scan until 12 weeks. There has been a lot of success with her protocols on the recurrent miscarriage threads, come and ask there ( and be prepared for a deluge of Coventry pom-pom waving) She is a legend.

Thanks so much for answering. I'm definitely going to go to Professor Quenby's clinic.

After having done some research I can only find good things written about people's experience of going to the Coventry clinic.

I'll dip into the recurrent miscarriage thread, although it's so long that questions seem to get a bit lost in there.
