Do we keep trying?

I'm bleeding heavily indicating yet another chemical pregnancy - this is my second 4-5 week loss, I've lost one at 6 weeks and one at 9 weeks too.

This is ridiculous but I'm in pieces about this and don't know where we go from here. Do we keep trying? I don't know if I can cope with the 2ww the high of the positive then the crashing low of bleeding and feeling rotten again.

I don't know where my head is any more

Ultimately only you two can decide if you want to try again.
If this is happening now then your emotions are going to be all over the place.
Give it as much time as you need. Once the rawness has gone. Time is healer and in a few weeks, months or even a year you might be ready to think about trying again.

I'm so sorry for your losses. Nobody else can tell you to try again or not. Give yourself time to grieve.
Have you had any investigation? If you have had a series of losses it may be worth checking. It could be a clotting issue or something.

If you've had 4 losses then you're eligible for recurrent miscarriage testing (chemical pregnancies 'count' towards the 3 in a row criteria)
Come and join the RMC thread to learn more about the process and book yourself a GP appointment to get the ball rolling on a referral.
The NHS tests only find a reason about 50% of the time so you could end up with the losses being unexplained, but you would still get additional support/scans in a future pregnancy and many people are offered non specific supportive treatments like progesterone supplements. There's also an option to have immune tests privately.
You will kick yourself if you have another CP or loss then find out somewhere down the line that you have a treatable condition. Have a break from TTC, recuperate a bit physically and emotionally, get some tests done then you can decide based on whatever is found whether you feel strong enough to try again.
It's far from 'ridiculous' to be upset about it. The wonderful women on the RMC thread will offer lots of support, whatever you decide to do.
