I don't even know what to say so please bare with me Blush

I had a miscarriage on the 21st June, I only found out the day before I was pregnant though as I did a test after having nausea for a fortnight none stop .
If I worked it out right I was at least 8 weeks pregnant .
I haven't even been to see my Doctor yet as I haven't a clue how to not sound like a complete idiot Blush
I did kinda know I was pregnant before the test , I just didnt want to admit it to myself as I new something bad would happen.
I was even craving steak pie with Yorkshire relish & I hate pie Confused
So When i had the miscarriage i bled lightly for two days etc with everything else that should happen .
Anywho sorry for rambling , ill try and get to the point
I just don't seem to feel anything at all , I have been in a daze since , I've completely gone off food , my memory has gone to caput (sp) & i just feel odd (i don't really know how to describe it)

What the hell am i supposed to do because im lost & don't know how to find my way back Sad

Firstly you need to get yourself checked out. Speak to GP and ask for referral to the early pregnancy clinic. bled lightly for 2 days does not sound like a complete 8 wk miscarriage, so I think you need a scan to be clear exactly what is going on. The numb feeling is normal, it's a huge shock and you just go into survival mode. You must have a lot of mixed feelings, particularly if you were not really wanting to be pregnant, that you need to work through. GP can refer you for counselling if it would help.

Sorry, I misunderstood your post.
The doctor won't think you are an idiot. I'm not sure why you think they might, but you have a right to be as clear as possible what has happened and to make sure you are physically ok. They normally check that either you have a negative pregnancy test, or do a scan to make sure uterus is clear.

I'm not sure why I think that , I just don't have good Mental Health tbh Thanks

All the more reason to make sure you are looked after through this then. Miscarriage is common, but it can be very difficult emotionally and because it's not talked about much it can feel very lonely when you are going through it.
If all you've had is 2 days of light bleeding (what does "with everything else that should happen" mean?) then I'm not even sure it sounds like you have miscarried. Have you had a negative pregnancy test since? Could you have been earlier than the 8 weeks you thought? Many women experience bleeding, even quite a lot of bleeding, in pregnancy and it turns out ok. But you need to know what is going on either way, please get yourself checked out. The GP isn't likely to do very much (other than perhaps a pregnancy test) you'd need to be referred to the local early pregnancy clinic for scans or further tests, and the Gp may just refer you straight there without you needing to wait for an appointment.
